Supply Chain Intern (Supply Chain)

Starting hourly rate: $23.68 per hour

What you will do

• Rotate through Capacity and Production Planning and Import/Export within the Planning Department.
• Support foreign trade zone administration, shipment monitoring, import and export documentation, and US customs entry filings.
• Assist with freight invoice payments and maintain KPIs covering customs duties, truck deliveries, and inbound receipts.
• Support production reporting, work-center rescheduling, order conversion, and monitoring of production timing.
• Review pre-pack materials, audit production plans, adjust work-center efficiency in SAP, and maintain planning KPIs.
• Assist with testing IT systems and developing and maintaining Excel reporting macros.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Analytical, administrative, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Availability for a winter or summer placement.
• Work at the Richmond manufacturing location in the United States.
