What you will do

• Manage materials functions covering inventory, quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to develop production plans and forecasts.
• Develop sales forecasts and adjust plans when release information changes.
• Monitor inventory adjustments and cycle-counting activities.
• Manage plant MRP requirements to meet customer expectations efficiently.
• Identify inventory waste and shrink, update materials procedures, and support health, safety, environmental, and continuous-improvement programs.

Requirements

• Experience managing materials functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with inventory, forecasting, production planning, and MRP requirements.
• Ability to comply with BOS, ISO/IATF-16949, customer-specific, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
• Ability to work at the West Point Facility in West Point, Georgia.
