Supply Chain Program Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid role based at an hirify.global site in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and Hillsboro, Oregon; on-site and off-site work are split under hirify.global's hybrid model.

Annual salary: $52,000–$200,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain programs from planning through execution and closure.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and suppliers.
• Ensure material availability, inventory health, supplier readiness, and manufacturing ramp support for NPI and HVM programs.
• Identify supply, capacity, inventory, and schedule risks and establish contingency plans.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, executive updates, and program reviews.
• Monitor supplier delivery, quality, cycle time, capacity, and escalations while driving process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, procurement, or materials planning.
• 6+ years of experience with supply chain systems and tools such as SAP or Oracle.
• 6+ years of demonstrated supplier management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
