Senior UX Researcher (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, or New York City

Salary: $112,000–$154,000 USD annually, depending on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, Content Designers, Engineers, Marketers, and Analysts on the Sports team.
• Plan, facilitate, and analyze moderated and unmoderated user research, including diary studies.
• Integrate analytics and experimentation data into research planning and reporting.
• Connect research findings to product priorities, user needs, and knowledge gaps.
• Identify product improvement opportunities and recommend solutions based on research.
• Bring research insights into strategic conversations and coach junior researchers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of User Experience Research experience.
• Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working cross-functionally with UX Design, Product, and Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of AI capabilities and limitations in user research, including using AI tools to improve efficiency and support qualitative and quantitative analysis.
