What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences from early discovery and problem framing to detailed interaction delivery.
• Translate complex business processes and regulatory rules into structured user flows and information architectures.
• Integrate systemic thinking into daily design to ensure seamless experiences and mitigate unintended consequences.
• Utilize and evolve AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate exploration and improve quality.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to define problems and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and patterns to ensure consistency across complex use cases.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing end-to-end product experiences and managing the full design lifecycle.
• Ability to handle ambiguity in complex domains and translate it into clear customer journeys.
• Strong UX and UI craft with the ability to create high-fidelity interface designs.
• Deep understanding of web standards, accessibility, and inclusive design.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to enhance design speed and exploration.
• Location: Must be based in London to support hybrid office attendance.
