Product Designer - Core UX (AI)

Location: Within commuting distance of the London offices, or remotely within the U.K.

Salary: £51,000–£86,000 GBP per year

What you will do

• Design shared experiences and systems that connect products, sports, teams, and organizations across the hirify.global platform.
• Solve cross-product design problems involving information structure, common workflows, video, and data.
• Turn complex workflows, technical constraints, and information into clear and intuitive experiences.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to develop scalable solutions.
• Use customer research and product data to inform, test, and iterate on design decisions.
• Own scoped design projects from early exploration and prototyping through implementation and measurement.

Requirements

• Strong product design craft, including interaction design, visual design, exploration, prototyping, and delivery.
• Systems thinking and the ability to work through ambiguity across connected workflows and products.
• Clear collaborative communication with product, engineering, and design partners.
• Experience using customer research, product data, and other evidence to guide design decisions.
• Active use of AI tools in the design process and curiosity about AI-driven product interactions.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating product problem-solving, reasoning, collaboration, and iteration.

Nice to have

• Experience designing complex or connected products spanning multiple workflows, surfaces, or product areas.
• Experience with data-rich or technical products involving analytics, video, or complex workflows.
• Experience with design systems, shared patterns, or information architecture.
• Experience designing conversational, agentic, or other AI-powered products.
