Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Onsite in New York City, at the SoHo office

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from problem definition and research through prototyping, execution, and launch.
• Partner with product, engineering, sales, and business teams to define goals, research requirements, user journeys, and product outcomes.
• Develop design strategy, advocate for user needs, and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
• Conduct user research and usability testing from early concepts through validated experiences.
• Design ways to explain hirify.global’s investment philosophy and investment-engine decisions to users.
• Improve advisor workflows, support product-led growth initiatives, and scale the existing suite of AI products.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product design experience.
• Demonstrated success with cross-functional collaboration and iterative design processes.
• Strong ability to articulate design decisions, gain stakeholder buy-in, and implement a clear product vision.
• Experience using research, usability testing, and performance metrics to inform design decisions.
• Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles, with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, identify design problems, and deliver positive outcomes.
