Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Seattle, WA; hybrid work with a paid relocation option

Base salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own outcomes for a product surface, translating direction into a roadmap and delivering measurable results.
• Conduct customer conversations and turn insights into testable product hypotheses.
• Prototype working demos to showcase and pressure-test product ideas.
• Align Engineering, Design, Data, and other cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals.
• Define success metrics, track progress, and surface risks early.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to make decisive product choices under ambiguity and adjust quickly based on new information.
• Strong judgment combining qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Strong communication, product taste, and ability to explain product bets.
• Experience aligning cross-functional partners toward shared goals.
• Ability to use AI tools to work faster and improve decision-making.
