Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (Paid relocation available)

Salary: $200k - $230k base

What you will do

• Own product outcomes by translating high-level direction into actionable roadmaps.
• Conduct direct customer research to generate and validate testable hypotheses.
• Create working prototypes and demos to pressure-test ideas.
• Lead cross-functional squads comprising Engineering, Design, and Data stakeholders.
• Define and monitor success metrics to surface progress and identify risks early.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management with demonstrated ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to make decisive moves under ambiguity and course-correct rapidly.
• Strong balanced judgment utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication skills and sharp product taste.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Seattle, WA.
