Staff Product Manager, Agentic Experiences (AI)

Location: United States, remote. This role can be worked from any location within the United States.

Salary: $129,000–$190,000 USD base pay, with potential performance bonus, benefits, and other applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for agentic selling experiences.
• Define how AI agents act on sellers’ behalf through transparent, controllable, and trustworthy experiences.
• Establish guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, evaluation criteria, methods, and success metrics for agent quality.
• Lead cross-functional pods spanning product, engineering, design, and data science.
• Resolve complex product trade-offs in an ambiguous problem space with limited precedent.
• Guide and mentor other product managers without direct reporting authority.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales teams, deal structures, buying committees, and revenue leadership.
• Experience building or shipping AI/ML-powered product features and evaluating model capabilities and trade-offs.
• Experience with agentic AI systems, next-best-action frameworks, or intelligent workflow automation.
• Experience with API strategy, developer experience, enterprise administration, CRM integrations, data synchronization, and bidirectional workflows.
• Strong communication, product judgment, strategic thinking, and attention to execution details and user-flow edge cases.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales technology, revenue intelligence, or an adjacent vertical.
• Experience with signal-based or intent-driven product capabilities, behavioral data, data enrichment, or event-driven architectures.
