Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: US - New York, NY; hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap development for core platform features.
• Organize feedback from customers, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams into actionable product priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams.
• Manage features through the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Conduct customer, competitive, and market analysis to inform product decisions.
• Align senior leadership and product teams on priorities, progress, and roadblocks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including building platform products for multiple users and stakeholders.
• Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with AI and the ability to use AI effectively in daily work.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, define solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, plus familiarity with GitHub.
• Data-driven approach focused on customer impact, ownership, and managing multiple large projects.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge of customer experience, customer support, or CRM.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and market trends.
