Senior Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Based in or willing to relocate to the DC metro area; hybrid work from the Arlington, Virginia office. Current US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $175,000–$215,000 per year, plus meaningful equity.

What you will do

• Shape the product roadmap with the CTO and co-founder, then own execution from planning through launch.
• Write detailed technical requirements and work with design and engineering on system design and UI/UX.
• Scope integrations with AI platforms and model providers, and design data pipelines for ingesting, structuring, and using AI agent outputs.
• Own foundational enterprise capabilities including permissions, administration, workflows, and review and approval flows.
• Translate changes in AI models, risks, and enterprise adoption into product and technical decisions.
• Partner with engineering, customers, and prospects to validate ideas, define success metrics, and connect governance features to business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with a substantial B2B SaaS track record.
• Experience in risk, legaltech, cybersecurity, or an adjacent regulated or compliance-driven market.
• Technical depth sufficient to integrate AI platforms and model providers, structure data pipelines for AI agent outputs, and write build-ready requirements.
• Strong UI/UX instincts, requirements-gathering skills, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product specifications.
• Solid working knowledge of AI and ML, with interest in evolving models, capabilities, risks, and enterprise adoption patterns.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the DC metro area, work hybrid from Arlington, and hold current US work authorization.
