Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base salary per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex and ambiguous audit workflows, from problem definition through shipped solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver scalable implementations.
• Translate customer needs, research insights, and business goals into user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI.
• Own a significant product area or customer journey while anticipating downstream impacts across workflows and personas.
• Design AI-assisted workflows and incorporate AI into research, synthesis, prototyping, and iteration.
• Contribute to the design system, mentor peers, and provide design direction and critique.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally with complex B2B SaaS products.
• Experience owning complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction.
• Ability to work at high velocity while maintaining usability, consistency, judgment, and craft.
• Systems-thinking skills and the ability to anticipate impacts across workflows, personas, and adjacent product areas.
• Experience working alongside or designing AI-assisted workflows such as review, summarization, or guidance.
• Proven ability to deliver polished work and elevate teams through mentorship, feedback, and thoughtful critique.
