Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for major product surfaces, including discovery, user flows, interaction models, and visual systems.
• Design enterprise software interfaces and complex, multi-step workflows for banking and operations users.
• Translate operational and banking requirements into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems, scope solutions, make trade-offs, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Design for trust, transparency, and control in AI-driven systems.
• Create design systems, patterns, and documentation while conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative refinement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, including significant experience in enterprise or B2B software.
• Proven experience designing complex systems such as dashboards, workflows, admin tools, or regulated products.
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills.
• Ability to synthesize user problems and balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast-moving product environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating depth in problem-solving rather than visual polish alone.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated industries.
• Experience designing AI-powered or automation products.
• Familiarity with data-heavy interfaces and operational tooling.
• Experience contributing to or leading a design system.
