VP People, Enterprise Operations (Supply Chain)

Salary: $260,000–$320,000 annually for US candidates only

What you will do

• Lead people strategy and priorities for the global Enterprise Operations organization.
• Drive initiatives across organizational culture, talent and leadership, and inclusion.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and country HR teams on organizational design, workforce planning, location strategy, learning, employee relations, executive recruiting, and onboarding.
• Coach and develop HR business partners supporting multiple senior Enterprise Operations leaders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, executive coach, and sounding board to the Chief Enterprise Operations Officer and leadership team.
• Develop global workforce plans and organizational capabilities while managing cost, quality, and execution timelines.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions, including HR business partnering or an HR executive role.
• Experience managing people and implementing organizational change initiatives.
• Experience leading or supporting global teams and working across employment law considerations in more than 40 countries.
• Strong executive communication, relationship-building, influencing, analytical, decision-making, project management, and organizational skills.
• Strong strategic, financial, business, and HR acumen, with the ability to operate in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, organizational development, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.

• Operations experience, preferably in supply chain.
