HR Business Partner, Tech & Ops

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Hybrid workplace model with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Build trusted advisor relationships with leaders across Technology & Operations.
• Translate business priorities into talent and workforce plans using data and business insights.
• Lead workforce planning, restructuring, organization design, and change management initiatives.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and capability-building discussions.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and team effectiveness.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters and partner with Legal, Employee Relations, and HR Centers of Excellence on risk-informed people decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Typically 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering or strategic generalist experience in a complex organization.
• Experience with workforce planning, organization design, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation partnership, change management, and employee relations consultation.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and navigate matrixed HR service delivery models.
• Experience supporting technology, operations, shared services, global functions, or transformation-oriented teams is preferred.
