Director, HR Business Partner (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; international travel approximately 10% of the time.

Expected base pay: $166,880–$250,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Advise senior executives and their organizations on strategic people and organizational matters.
• Translate business needs into talent strategies and partner with HR Centers of Excellence on implementation and measurement.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, team effectiveness, leadership coaching, and organizational interventions.
• Manage talent processes including succession planning, talent reviews, top-talent identification, career development, and performance management.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and build commitment to transformation.
• Analyze business and HR metrics to identify trends and drive systemic improvements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced global technology environment, including 8+ years supporting executive-level clients as an HR Business Partner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and conceptual thinking, and the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, listening, interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills across a global matrixed organization.
• Experience managing global HR programs and projects, facilitating team effectiveness or organizational intervention sessions, and working across cultures.
• Experience supporting global teams, including Singapore and Taiwan, with the ability to travel internationally approximately 10% of the time.
