TL;DR

Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP): Providing strategic consultative support to executive leaders in the Operations organization with an accent on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. Location: Santa Clara, CA

Salary: $166,880 – $250,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating business needs into impactful talent strategies.
  • Lead core talent processes, including succession planning, 9-box talent reviews, and performance management.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through team assessments, interventions, and workforce planning.
  • Champion change management initiatives to build commitment to organizational transformation.
  • Collaborate with HR COE teams to deliver programs in compensation planning, recognition, and career development.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement systemic improvements.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced global technology environment.
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting Executive-level clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to operate in a highly matrixed global environment, including experience with teams in Singapore and Taiwan.
  • Ability to travel internationally approximately 10% of the time.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
