AI Workforce Reinvention Architect

What you will do

• Define new ways of working and employee roles based on customer industries, functions, business outcomes, and KPIs.
• Design and deploy AI agents and systems that empower employees and teams.
• Design enterprise-scale operating model changes as a continuous transformation cycle.
• Develop retraining, AI literacy, communications, and role-based enablement programmes.
• Establish AI Councils and Champion networks to support grassroots adoption.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and measure sustained behavioural change.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects or portfolios.
• 1+ year of experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with technology solutions, architecture, consulting, practice development, or a relevant technology domain.
• Must be based in Australia for this remote role.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Success leading change programmes across populations of more than 5,000 users.
• Experience with AI/ML adoption programmes or digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
• Hands-on AI fluency, including building with AI tools, interpreting their output, and understanding their limitations.
