What you will do

• Define technical architecture standards, reference architectures, reusable patterns, and shared components.
• Review and approve solution architectures and lead technical design reviews across multiple delivery teams.
• Drive architecture decisions for AI, automation, low-code, and enterprise integration initiatives.
• Embed security, data governance, scalability, and Responsible AI principles into solutions.
• Support production readiness, releases, and transition to operational support.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery leadership to improve engineering standards and architecture practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale architectures for AI, automation, low-code, or intelligent digital solutions.
• Strong expertise in integration architecture, API design, orchestration, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Knowledge of software architecture, cloud-native solutions, scalability, security, and enterprise integration.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks, including the EU AI Act or similar standards.
• Experience leading technical teams across multiple workstreams or delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agent 365, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
