AI Solution Architect

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design for AI, data and automation solutions, including models, data platforms, integrations, security and operational support.
• Advise customers through discovery workshops, AI strategy, governance, value cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, assurance reviews and mentoring across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Shape pre-sales opportunities, proposals, bids, Statements of Work and executive presentations.
• Define responsible AI, privacy, risk management, monitoring and operational readiness controls.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns and reference architectures that improve delivery efficiency and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven solution architecture experience in data, analytics, AI or digital transformation, including enterprise-scale AI, automation or data platform programmes.
• Experience in consulting, professional services or transformation environments, with strong stakeholder management and pre-sales capabilities.
• Practical knowledge of foundation models, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, model benchmarking, prompt engineering and model customisation.
• Experience with agentic AI, multi-agent systems, tool calling, workflow automation, RAG architectures, vector databases and semantic search.
• Technical experience with Python, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, containers, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake and MLOps/LLMOps tooling.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and communication skills, including explaining technical trade-offs to executives and influencing without formal authority.
