What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers and implementation partners on designing, deploying, customizing, and operationalizing Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement AI and agentic use cases aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Lead technical engagements addressing identity, security, compliance, governance, data access, licensing, and platform readiness.
• Establish responsible AI foundations covering data protection, oversharing controls, information governance, and compliance practices.
• Develop adoption and change-management plans, deliver demonstrations, workshops, presentations, and training, and use analytics to communicate usage trends and ROI.
• Coordinate customers, partners, account stakeholders, and internal delivery teams while managing adoption and consumption milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 7–9 years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles, customer-facing technical projects, and enterprise productivity or cloud platforms.
• Experience deploying and driving adoption of enterprise AI productivity solutions, including administration, analytics, and organizational change management.
• Deep expertise in identity, security, compliance, and information governance, including conditional access, sensitivity labeling, data loss prevention, and advanced content management controls.
• Experience building, deploying, and governing AI agents through a low-code agent development platform.
• Remote work is limited to the United States.

• Experience with comparable generative AI platforms such as Gemini.
• Experience progressing customers from AI experimentation to sustained adoption.
• Experience delivering technical enablement, workshops, end-user training, and executive presentations.
• Experience connecting adoption metrics with business value, productivity gains, and ROI.
• Experience coordinating implementation partners and leading technical communities without direct authority.
