Solution Architect, AI

What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures aligned with customer business outcomes and hirify.global capabilities.
• Partner with Field Sales on technical discovery, customer engagements, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Create solution diagrams, technical write-ups, architectural decision records, reference architectures, and best-practice documentation.
• Lead customer and partner discovery sessions, whiteboarding workshops, and architectural reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to validate feasibility and inform roadmap priorities.
• Mentor junior engineers and solution architects and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing communities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, or related roles, preferably in AI/ML or cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing AI/ML solutions and architectures for enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP AI/ML service portfolios.
• Knowledge of model training, inference, MLOps patterns, data platforms, integration patterns, and modern application architectures.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
