What you will do

• Lead deep technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business goals, requirements, and constraints.
• Design comprehensive end-to-end agentic AI solutions centered on NVIDIA AI Enterprise, covering hardware, networking, MLOps, and applications.
• Author technical proposals, SOWs, and architectural documentation aligned with customer objectives.
• Present and defend solutions to technical and C-level audiences, handling objections.
• Manage multiple concurrent design projects, communicating deliverables, risks, and timelines.
• Stay current on AI software, hardware, and delivery capabilities for best-in-class solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing pre-sales technical roles like Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales Engineer
• Deep hands-on experience designing complex large-scale enterprise systems in AI/ML, HPC, Big Data, or enterprise software
• Exceptional presentation, whiteboarding, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent design projects in fast-paced sales environments
• Strong understanding of software, hardware, and networking interplay in data centers

Nice to have

• Deep expertise with NVIDIA AI software stack (AI Enterprise, Triton, NeMo, TensorRT-LLM) and hardware (DGX, HGX)
• Experience with LLM inference, agentic AI, or advanced AI workloads
• Public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises deployments
• MLOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes
