What you will do

• Own solution roadmaps for a portfolio of MOST enterprise accounts, including structured discovery, operating-model mapping, and sequenced 240-hour plans tied to business outcomes.
• Architect end-to-end hirify.global implementations covering workspace governance, access models, naming conventions, and lifecycle management.
• Lead AI workflow advisory by diagnosing collaboration inefficiencies and designing automated solutions using hirify.global AI and adjacent platform integrations.
• Facilitate executive and cross-functional Agile planning, design thinking, strategy, and innovation workshops.
• Drive adoption through stakeholder alignment, communication planning, phased rollouts, and hands-on coaching.
• Track outcomes, surface risks, adapt plans, and contribute reusable templates, frameworks, and playbooks for Professional Services.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, or professional services supporting enterprise organizations.
• Experience leading structured discovery with VP-level and above stakeholders and turning ambiguous findings into prioritized plans.
• Working knowledge of enterprise collaboration governance, including workspace architecture, access models, naming conventions, and lifecycle management.
• Fluency in hirify.global or a comparable collaboration platform such as Figma, Lucid, Confluence, or JIRA.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered workflow optimization, including automation, prompt-based workflows, or AI-assisted enterprise tooling.
• Ability to explain complex governance and architecture topics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work across IT, Product, Design, Strategy, and PMO with conflicting stakeholder priorities.
• Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
