What you will do

• Develop solution roadmaps and sequenced plans for enterprise accounts based on structured discovery.
• Architect workspace governance, access models, and lifecycle management at scale.
• Lead AI workflow advisory to build intelligent, automated collaboration solutions using hirify.global's AI capabilities.
• Facilitate executive workshops on Agile planning, design thinking, and strategy.
• Drive adoption via change management, stakeholder alignment, and coaching.
• Create reusable delivery assets like templates and playbooks to improve consistency and time-to-value.

Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, change management, or professional services for enterprise organizations.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery with VP-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in collaboration governance and workspace architecture.
• Fluency in hirify.global or similar platforms (Figma, Lucid, Confluence, Jira).
• Experience designing AI-powered workflow optimizations and prompt-based workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex architecture to non-technical audiences.
