What you will do

• Support the integration of reward and benefits processes, systems and colleague experiences.
• Provide hands-on support across projects, system implementations and day-to-day operations.
• Support integration milestones, service delivery, testing and implementation activities.
• Check data accuracy and coordinate project actions.
• Prepare colleague communications and improve existing processes.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
• Collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills across different teams.
• Curious and proactive approach to process improvement.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office tools and working with data, systems and administration activities.
• Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality and a positive colleague and stakeholder experience.
• Willingness to work in the hybrid Newbury arrangement is required.
