TL;DR
Global Benefits Manager, EMEA & APAC (Employee Benefits/Total Rewards): Leading and improving employee benefits programs across more than 30 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific with an accent on healthcare, pensions, compliance, vendor management, and employee communications. Focus on harmonizing country-specific programs, managing complex regulatory requirements, optimizing costs, and guiding a regional Total Rewards team.
Location: Hybrid in Brighton, East Sussex, United Kingdom; remote work may be possible depending on the candidate's location.

What you will do
- Lead governance, administration, renewal, harmonization, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs across EMEA and APAC, covering more than 30 countries.
- Manage, coach, and develop a Total Rewards team, including a Benefits Partner and Senior Total Rewards Specialist.
- Oversee healthcare, life and disability insurance, retirement and pension plans, leave programs, wellbeing initiatives, and employee perquisites.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Operations, business leaders, consultants, brokers, and vendors to deliver compliant and cost-effective programs.
- Lead benchmarking, market reviews, vendor negotiations, plan design recommendations, audits, reporting, and benefits-related compliance activities.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational changes by assessing benefits impacts and developing implementation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience administering benefits, retirement and pension plans, and payroll operations across APAC and EMEA.
- Strong knowledge of country-specific employee benefits laws and regulations.
- Experience managing enrollment processes, benefits communications, benefits administration systems, and broad benefits programs.
- Strong project management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
Nice to have
- Professional certification such as CEBS, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
- Experience working with third-party pension providers, works councils, benefits providers, vendors, administration partners, and consultants.
