Compensation & Benefits Specialist

What you will do

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations.
• Manage benefits programmes covering pensions, health insurance, and other perks.
• Oversee payroll-related processes with Finance and HR.
• Design incentive schemes, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.
• Advise employees and leadership on compensation structures, benefits, and reward programmes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting salary data and market trends.
• Solid understanding of UK employment laws and compensation regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic approach.

• Previous experience in IT, technology, or digital companies.
