Strategic Total Reward Specialist

Location: London, Birmingham or Bristol, UK; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days wherever.

What you will do

• Shape, implement and embed reward strategy and integrated people solutions.
• Design and deliver solutions across pay, incentives, benefits, recognition and performance.
• Use external market insight, emerging trends and best practices to inform long-term reward and workforce strategies.
• Identify commercially focused reward practices that improve organisational performance, colleague engagement and business outcomes.
• Partner with People & Culture stakeholders and the wider business to deliver cyclical reward activities and strategic transformation programmes.
• Contribute across organisational design, organisational effectiveness and employee relations initiatives as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• Significant experience in reward, compensation and benefits, total reward or people consulting.
• Strong technical knowledge across pay, incentives, benefits, recognition and performance.
• Experience designing, delivering and embedding reward programmes or people-related change initiatives.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at different organisational levels.
• Experience managing complex reward frameworks, governance, policy, compliance and risk.
• Strong project management, change delivery, communication and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, advisory, professional services or an in-house centre of expertise.
• Experience supporting organisational design, workforce transformation and business change programmes.
• Professional reward qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
