What you will do

• Administer benefits programmes covering health, retirement, risk, and wellbeing for the UK and Ireland region.
• Manage the employee lifecycle for benefits, including onboarding joiners, processing leavers, and handling life events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and partner with vendors to resolve issues and reconcile invoices.
• Analyze benefits data and trends to support strategic decision-making and programme enhancements.
• Maintain accurate data across HRIS, payroll, and internal administration systems.
• Coordinate sickness absence and death in service processes with professionalism and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
• Previous benefits administration experience within a multinational organisation.
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance and vendor management.
• Advanced IT skills with experience using HRIS and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with international stakeholders.
