What you will do

• Define the technical roadmap, engineering standards, and delivery strategy for MuleSoft and SnapLogic enterprise integration platforms.
• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, reusable, resilient, and observable integration solutions.
• Drive adoption of API-led, event-driven, pub-sub, asynchronous, and batch/data integration patterns.
• Own delivery across a portfolio of integration initiatives, including resource allocation, prioritization, engineering metrics, and operational excellence.
• Line-manage, mentor, and develop integration engineers, senior engineers, and future technical leaders.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, organizational planning, and collaboration with engineering, architecture, business, PMO, and delivery partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations across integration platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on integration design and development with MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture, patterns, platform capabilities, and technical design review.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams, including senior engineers and technical leads.
• Experience with AWS-hosted integration environments, including SQS and SNS, plus GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, and Terraform.
• Experience integrating enterprise SaaS such as Salesforce and Workday, cloud-hosted COTS applications such as SAP, and custom applications.
