Senior Manager, Integration Engineering (MuleSoft & SnapLogic)

What you will do

• Define the technical roadmap, engineering practices, and delivery strategy for enterprise integration platforms including MuleSoft and SnapLogic.
• Lead the design and review of scalable, secure, reusable, resilient, and maintainable enterprise integration solutions.
• Drive adoption of API-led, event-driven, pub-sub, asynchronous, and batch/data integration patterns.
• Own delivery across multiple integration initiatives, balancing resource allocation, platform investment, technical debt, and operational risk.
• Improve engineering processes, operating models, delivery metrics, observability, monitoring, error handling, and operational support.
• Line-manage, mentor, hire, and develop integration engineers and future technical leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations across integration platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on integration design and development experience with MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture, patterns, and platform capabilities.
• Experience leading high-performing engineering teams, including senior engineers and technical leads.
• Experience with AWS-hosted integration environments, including SQS and SNS, plus GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, and Terraform.
• Experience integrating enterprise SaaS, cloud-hosted COTS, and custom applications, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Exposure to emerging integration approaches such as MCP servers and agentic-based integrations.
