HR People Operations Advisory Representative

Location: On-site in Chandler, Arizona, United States; a flexible workplace arrangement may be available for eligible roles, with remote work up to two days per week.

What you will do

• Handle HR inquiries from first contact through registration, escalation, and resolution.
• Support employees and managers with HR portal transactions and online tools.
• Provide operational advisory support and administrative services for in-scope HR processes.
• Collect and enter customer-related data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Work according to global processes, defined standards, tooling, and local compliance requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks, contribute to improvement projects, and support process standardization, simplification, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR or customer service, preferably in HR Operations.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage priorities, communicate professionally, and meet deadlines.
