Salary: $97,900 – $144,860 per annum

What you will do
- Lead HR Service Center operations as the primary escalation point for inquiries across the U.S., Canada, and Argentina.
- Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee data management.
- Partner with Legal, ER, IT, and HRIS to manage complex case strategies and develop decision-making frameworks for high-risk scenarios.
- Own governance frameworks for terminations, offboarding controls, and data-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness by maintaining documentation and strengthening global stock-audit processes.
- Optimize Workday workflows and ServiceNow case routing to improve cycle times and the employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or employee support.
- Proficiency with HR systems and case-management tools, specifically Workday and ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting accommodation processes, including leaves and return-to-work programs.
- Familiarity with stock programs or audit-related documentation.
- Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment practices and regulations.
- Experience with tuition reimbursement or childcare benefits administration.
