Project Control Manager (Offshore Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Lead the Project Controls team covering planning, cost engineering, risk, progress measurement, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain integrated schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
• Control budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, cash flow, variances, and project performance.
• Manage progress measurement, KPIs, Earned Value Management, productivity analysis, and contractor performance monitoring.
• Lead risk and change management, including risk assessments, mitigation plans, variation orders, and schedule and cost impact evaluations.
• Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports and coordinate with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, EPC contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 15–20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, energy, or major capital projects, including at least 10 years in Project Controls leadership on large EPC/EPCI projects.
• Experience managing Project Controls for offshore oil and gas projects and projects valued above USD 500 million.
• Expertise in planning and scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk and change management, progress measurement, reporting, and contractor claims or extension-of-time evaluation.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, Oracle Primavera Unifier, EcoSys, SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• ADNOC Offshore, offshore platforms and facilities, gas processing and compression, greenfield EPC/EPCI, PMC consultancy, or Middle East project execution experience.
• PMP, CCP, PSP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, or AACE International certification.
