What you will do

• Lead the complete project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, execution, and closure.
• Develop project proposals, schedules, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Manage project risks, contracts, suppliers, and customer relationships.
• Monitor performance, quality, compliance, and deliverables while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, IT, Aerospace, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 8 years of engineering project management experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in project delivery, feasibility analysis, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with contract administration and managing project budgets, quality, and compliance.
• Experience in defense, engineering, technology, or complex industrial environments is advantageous.
