Project Manager Future Campus Development (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead all phases of campus development from design through construction, commissioning, and final handover.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, including scope, milestones, schedules, and risk registers.
• Coordinate permits and regulatory requirements with Abu Dhabi Civil Defence and Abu Dhabi Municipality.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and third-party vendors to ensure quality and contractual performance.
• Develop project budgets, forecasts, and implement cost controls to optimize expenditure.
• Act as the primary coordination point between internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and government authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in campus, real estate, or industrial development.
• Proven experience managing projects from design and permitting through to handover.
• Strong contract-management experience and ability to work closely with Legal Counsel.
• Demonstrated experience engaging government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and budgeting.
