What you will do

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification through proposal submission and handover.
• Develop bid strategies, schedules, governance structures, and approval plans.
• Coordinate Business Development, Finance, Contracts, Procurement, PMO, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Analyze RFPs and customer requirements to prepare compliant and competitive submissions.
• Lead bid reviews, pricing coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in bid or proposal management.
• Expertise in international tenders, pricing, and proposal development.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in aerospace and defence is preferred.

Nice to have

• APMP or Shipley certification.
