Project Manager - Enterprise Applications (Oracle Fusion, EPM, CRM): Leading governance and delivery across enterprise transformation programmes covering Oracle Fusion, Enterprise Performance Management, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, infrastructure, and expansion initiatives with an accent on PMO operating models, risk management, and executive reporting. Focus on coordinating parallel workstreams, resolving delivery issues with vendors and internal teams, and driving end-to-end implementations through go-live.

What you will do
- Define and implement a PMO operating model covering governance, risk, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead delivery cadence across Oracle Fusion, EPM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, infrastructure, and expansion programmes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and align delivery with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Report programme status and risks to executive sponsors through clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain delivery plans and resolve issues.
- Apply project management methodologies, tools, risk registers, and RAID logs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project or programme management experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven delivery experience across ERP, CRM, and EPM projects; Oracle Fusion exposure is highly desirable.
- End-to-end experience spanning design, planning, implementation, and go-live.
- Strong PMO structuring, governance, reporting, and documentation discipline.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders in a semi-government environment with political astuteness.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
