What you will do

• Manage assigned contracts from award and execution through completion, closeout, or termination.
• Establish contract administration plans and monitor obligations, milestones, deliverables, payments, renewals, and warranties.
• Maintain contract records, risk registers, trackers, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Manage variations, amendments, change orders, extensions, claims, and disputes while assessing commercial and operational impact.
• Coordinate with Finance and internal stakeholders on contract values, payments, deductions, penalties, and obligations.
• Lead contract closeout, capture lessons learned, and improve contract management processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management, Procurement, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, and contractual recommendations.
• Strong capability in contract compliance, risk control, commercial analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Work location: United Arab Emirates.

Nice to have

• Experience in defense, government, engineering, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries.
• World Commerce & Contracting, CIPS, CCCM, PMP, or FIDIC certification.
