Senior Manager - Business Banking Portfolio and Project Management

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 37,500–47,500 per month, plus eligibility for variable pay plans.

What you will do

• Govern the Business Banking project portfolio, including priorities, delivery standards, decision forums, reporting routines, dependencies, risks, and benefits.
• Lead planning, coordination, milestone tracking, dependency management, and delivery oversight for Business Banking enablement projects.
• Manage PMO governance, project documentation, action tracking, delivery cadence, status updates, change requests, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Business Banking, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and support functions.
• Track expected and realised benefits and provide recommendations on portfolio trade-offs, sequencing, corrective actions, and resource alignment.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, and management information to support informed decision-making and improve delivery discipline.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in banking, business enablement, portfolio management, project management, or transformation delivery within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with business banking portfolio governance, PMO governance, strategic prioritisation, benefits realisation, project planning, and delivery tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance forum management, executive reporting, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of risk and issue management, operational risk and controls, process improvement, change delivery, and technology delivery coordination.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard interpretation.
