Senior Analyst, Disbursements (SAP VIM)

Salary: USD 83,360–125,040 annually

What you will do

• Manage accounts payable invoices and related disbursement activities.
• Process accurate and timely invoice payments and interfaces according to company policies.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for SAP Vendor Invoice Management and support issue resolution and optimization.
• Collaborate with purchasing, tax, master data, payment, requisition, requestor, and approval teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support service management, cross-training, and professional development activities.
• Apply independent judgment to resolve escalated and complex issues while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five years of business experience in accounts payable, travel and expense, corporate card support, or related disbursement functions.
• At least four years of relevant experience; five years preferred without a college degree.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP and the VIM solution.
• Working knowledge of OCR systems is preferred.
• Proven issue-resolution experience and a customer service background in a business-related field.
• Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and applicable pharma guidelines.
