Senior Analyst, Finance

Salary: $84,500–$162,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare monthly product and project accruals, reclassifications, and cost allocation journal entries.
• Analyze financial drivers affecting US and international actuals for aseptic fill and conjugation products.
• Coordinate and consolidate actuals, plans, updates, latest best estimates, and long-range planning cycles.
• Set product standard costs and report product variances, project expenses, and headcount.
• Support functional partners and collaborate on strategic initiatives.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and reconcile consigned inventory at third-party manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 4 years of relevant Finance or Accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
• Ensure financial results comply with AbbVie policies, Sarbanes-Oxley, and US GAAP requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with BPC, SAP, Power BI, or Workiva.
