Analyst, Chargeback

Location: Remote - USA. Candidates must have and verify the legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year.

Second Sight Solutions, a health technology subsidiary of hirify.global, develops technology for exchanging drug discount data and improving transparency for pharmaceutical manufacturers and customers.

What you will do

• Complete daily bank account registration, creation, maintenance, and hold-process support.
• Reconcile chargeback credits and payment amounts across Beacon and SAP for each manufacturer.
• Resolve chargeback rejections and variances with internal teams, manufacturers, and covered entities according to contractual agreements.
• Create daily SAP chargeback payments and maintain manufacturer contracts, pricing, and contract membership in Beacon.
• Reconcile Beacon and SAP master data to verify customer identifiers and 340B eligibility.
• Perform and document SOC 1 controls, support SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits, and monitor EDI transactions with development and implementation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of related business experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, technical writing, and process management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and general Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or other accounts receivable systems is preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship is required.

• Experience with contracting or chargeback adjudication in the pharmaceutical, medical distribution, or healthcare industry.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or other accounts receivable systems.
