Manager II, Process Engineer - Supply Chain

Location: Onsite at the Automated Consolidation Center in Minooka, Illinois, United States

Salary: $104,000–$156,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead complex process improvement projects with measurable operational and financial impact.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination, capacity improvement, and labor optimization.
• Drive cross-functional solution design, implementation, and long-term sustainment across the supply chain network.
• Build business cases, ROI analyses, and recommendations for automation and capital investments.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
• Influence leaders and mentor engineers while helping standardize operational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of relevant process improvement experience.
• Advanced Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence expertise.
• Strong statistical analysis, data modeling, process simulation, and engineering analytics skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and process or value stream simulation.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects that delivered sustainable, long-term savings.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Experience supporting automation, network optimization, or Total Performance Management programs.
• Six Sigma certification.
