What you will do

• Lead manufacturing engineering support for assigned production cells, product lines, and manufacturing processes.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and lower manufacturing costs.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing defects, scrap, and process failures.
• Manage capital equipment projects from justification and vendor selection to installation and production launch.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, and visual management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to manufacturing engineers, technicians, and operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in industrial, electromechanical, or automation environments.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing tools, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Experience with ERP systems, labor routings, and manufacturing master data.
• Must be able to work on the production shop floor.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation, robotics, or electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD software.
• Experience with JDE or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis, KPI tracking, and Power BI.
