What you will do

• Analyze manufacturing methods through process design, time and motion studies, work measurement, and line-improvement recommendations.
• Improve manufacturing systems, material flow, capacity utilization, facility layouts, warehouse concepts, staging strategies, and space optimization.
• Lead industrial engineering projects and workstreams from planning through implementation, including quality tools, process controls, and operational readiness.
• Prepare cost analyses, business cases, return-on-investment calculations, project plans, milestone reviews, and executive-level status communications.
• Coordinate manufacturing, facilities, procurement, operations, engineering, and other stakeholders across a large-scale facility restructuring program.
• Support product introductions into volume manufacturing, ergonomics evaluations, tooling and fixture deployment, and safer, more efficient work-area designs.

Requirements

• Practical expertise in industrial engineering, manufacturing systems, process improvement, capacity planning, facility design, and material handling.
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering, operations, quality, logistics, supply chain, procurement, and technical project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience with project planning, schedule and risk management, stakeholder coordination, budget awareness, change management, and project communications.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and changing priorities, solve complex problems with data-driven analysis, and deliver results under pressure.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
