What you will do

• Support Imaging, Navigation, Robotics products, and affiliated services for hospitals within the assigned territory.
• Provide education and hands-on training for surgeons, operating-room staff, administrators, and internal implant peers.
• Support INR installations and drive consistent product utilization during the first 90 days.
• Build surgeon support, increase market awareness, and help develop key opinion leader relationships.
• Collaborate with capital and implant sales teams to identify targets and grow the business.
• Manage expenses within budget while following company, industry, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic achievement.
• At least 2 years of clinical support or relevant healthcare industry experience; spine experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the operating-room environment and ability to support clinical procedures and training.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, climbing, kneeling, lifting, and maintaining required visual abilities.
