Clinical Specialist, 6-month FTC (Medical Monitoring)

Location: Hamburg and Northern Lower Saxony, Germany; travel within the assigned region is required for at least 60% of working time.

Develops and supports products and solutions for non-invasive patient monitoring in clinical environments.

What you will do

• Support trial orders involving measurement parameters and products for non-invasive patient monitoring at customer sites.
• Develop and implement customer-specific overall solutions with sales staff and provide continued support.
• Train clinical and nursing staff at the company training center and in hospitals.
• Present products in workshops, trade fairs, and congresses.
• Document and forward customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Service, and national and international teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma followed by medical training, such as cardiac technician training or nursing with specialized further education.
• Excellent product-related medical expertise and knowledge of hospital processes.
• Strong self-organization, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Confident, personable communication style and the ability to develop customer solutions collaboratively.
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English required.
