What you will do

• Support all phases of clinical research studies, from investigator identification and site activation to enrollment and close-out.
• Provide on-site technical support during clinical procedures and initial product implants to evaluate device performance.
• Act as a technical liaison between engineering teams, clinical researchers, and physicians.
• Monitor study progress and ensure high-quality data collection and documentation at clinical sites.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to provide feedback for product improvements and new technology development.
• Educate internal teams, sales partners, and customers on clinical applications and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience OR Advanced degree with 2 years of experience in clinical research or as a clinical specialist/field engineer.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required (Sponsorship is not available for this level).
• Valid driver's license is essential.
• Ability to travel 70-75% domestically with some occasional international travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Neuromodulation or Pelvic Health devices.
• Proficiency in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance for clinical trials.
• Background in biomedical engineering, medical sales, or clinic/hospital environments.
• Prior experience working at hirify.global or within the medical device industry.
