What you will do

• Deliver hands-on ultrasound education and Focalist device training to clinicians.
• Support customer onboarding, competency development, clinical deployments, workshops, demonstrations, and education events.
• Develop training curricula, competency assessments, standardized materials, procedural guidance, and certification programs.
• Provide subject-matter expertise in ultrasound imaging, image acquisition, optimization, and clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to evaluate imaging performance and user experience.
• Review imaging data and contribute to imaging standards, validation, usability studies, verification activities, and clinical research.

Requirements

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential or equivalent.
• 5+ years of clinical ultrasound experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in image acquisition, optimization, and interpretation support.
• Experience training, mentoring, or educating clinicians, sonographers, or students.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

• Experience as an ultrasound applications specialist, clinical educator, lead sonographer, or ultrasound program instructor.
• Experience developing educational curricula, training programs, or competency frameworks.
• Experience supporting adoption of new medical technologies.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product development, or research teams.
• Startup, medtech, or healthcare technology experience.
