Director, Perioperative Clinical Team and Marketing

Location: Remote - Alabama, United States; requires 70–80% travel.

What you will do

• Provide clinical expertise and build relationships with key customers across the perioperative product portfolio.
• Support product evaluations, coach clinicians during cases, and guide product conversions, implementations, in-servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver clinical education and presentations on hemodynamic monitoring, enhanced recovery, goal-directed fluid therapy, and evidence-based best practices.
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop collateral, sales tools, positioning documents, strategic plans, and customer education events.
• Coordinate regional product implementations, lead projects, and support Clinical Sales Specialists.
• Coach and mentor new Clinical Sales Specialists during field training and support key opinion leader development with medical affairs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience in critical care and strong critical care knowledge.
• Ability to use clinical evidence and best practices to influence clinical outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, and independent working skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid full driver’s license, safe driving record, and willingness to travel 70–80%.

Nice to have

• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse qualification.
